Pet Portrait & Wildlife Artist
Realistic Pet Portrait Commissions From Your Photographs
I am a self-taught fine art, pet portrait and wildlife artist based in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
I specialise in creating beautiful, realistic drawings and paintings of your pets from photographs. I’m here to help you find a way to capture or remember your pet which is completely unique to you. I understand just how special our pets are, we have several ourselves, and this is why I strive to capture their unique spirit and character in each pet portrait.
Commissions are accepted for all pets including dogs, cats, horses and more. I work in pastels, coloured pencils or oils.
About the Pet Portrait
High quality artist materials are used to ensure that your pet portrait can be cherished for many years to come.
I work with clients very closely, and you are sent regular updates of the commissioned artwork. Alternatively, you could wait and see a photo of the finished artwork, instead of the updates if you prefer, just let me know at the start. So, whether you are in the UK or abroad, you can be confident that you will be happy with the completed pet portrait.
Pet portrait artists, UK based or worldwide, are usually very busy in the run up to Christmas. This starts in late August for me. So, it’s important to book early to avoid disappointment. My portraits are very detailed; many hours go into each one. Consequently, in order to paint this fine detail it really helps to have a good quality, digital photograph to work from. Have a look at the photography tips to help you capture that perfect photograph.
Portraits are available in a wide range of sizes, I aim to cater for all budgets and requirements. However, if you require something different please get in touch through my contact page. I am happy to discuss options, will answer any questions and offer quotes without obligation.
Pet portraits are an ideal gift for an animal lover and one which will be treasured for many years to come. Additionally, you could get a pet portrait gift voucher for that one person who is very difficult to buy for. Why not group together and buy the ideal gift for a colleague or friend?
